Summer is nearly over, but RSF is not done just yet.

Inspired, we gathered some of our fellow owls and headed out for what will probably be our last wakeboarding trip this summer (at least for them, not me).

Everyone is so happy at the start of the trip. Shoutout to Damien's abs, really, I just can't even deal with it. #whycan'tihavethoseabs. But hey, at least you dont need abs for wakeboarding.

Damien gets up and goes on a pretty sweet run, managed to get out of the wake today and is progressing pretty quickly. Not bad. With more time he could be in the SEA games.

Because I am "Professional" apparently I have no photos of me wakeboarding (thanks guys). So here is my model photoshoot instead.

We then switch gears to Sophie who is here in Singapore on an Architecture Internship, now she blesses our waters with her mad skills.

And award for "Best First Wakeboard Run Scream" goes to.......

Now Dominique decides to have a go at Wakeboarding, shes here on an Architecture internship as well, all these Rice Architects are just destroying the competition here.

Nicely done! although doesn't that line seem pretty short?

Now finally, the moment you have been waiting for, Hee Zhi takes his place in the water. El Presidente, our boss and our esteemed president shows us how its done.

Previously on Rice Owls Go Wakeboarding.....

Hee Zhi Wins award for "Best decision before a wakeboarding trip" with his choice of doing leg day the night before.

Today? he decides against it. (good choice I must say)

Looking on fleek son.

He also wins an award for most attentive student. I mean that face is so cute.

And thats a wrap for our runs, what better way to celebrate, than to do cannonballs off the side of the boat. Check out our failed attempts.

IMG_1803.JPG

Our fails were also partly our photographer's fault. I wonder who?

Hee zhi looks very very..... "fill in the blanks"

We get onshore and of course, we have to thank Salim, who took us out for the day.

Now Wakeboarding is part 1.... TIME FOR FOOD. Although Damien regretfully had other plans. Its fine, we still enjoyed ourselves.

We went to Victors kitchen for some good ol Dim sum,

Sophie and Dom try some amazing Ice Yuan Yang (Thats Ice tea and Coffee mixed to together, absolutely delicious)

The main course comes and those amazing lava buns.... Let just say Sophie and Dom will be dreaming of them back home in the US.

And thats a wrap, a great end, to a great day, with great people.

Lets do this more often guys.

Till next time

Win

PS: Are you still stuck at the Bali airport Gautham?
